Silas just finished 10 hours of reading (that's 10 hours of being read to, of course) for the library's Summer Reading program. He was the very first baby to complete the 10 hours and he earned a free book. Woo-hoo! We picked a classic: a board book version of "Goodnight Moon." Si's favorite books, however, are definitely the Maisy books by Lucy Cousins. We've checked many of these out of the library and enjoy reading them every day (mom and dad like them almost as much as Si).
