First Trip to the Mountains

Mom and Dad love going to the mountains just about every weekend during the summer (except for last year when mom was pregnant with Si). Yesterday, we decided it was time to introduce Silas to the Olympic Mountains, so we headed up to Hurricane Ridge in the Olympic National Park (about a 2 hour drive from out home). We went for a short hike, and took in the beautiful scenes and the fresh, cool mountain air. We hope to be back for many more, longer hikes, especially when Si is big enough to fit in the baby backpack.
